The Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and the Treasury have invited public comments through a Request for Information (RFI) under the Wellstone – Domenici Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act of 2008. Many professional biofeedback/neurofeedback organizations, such as ISNR, AAPB, and BCIA, have urged their members to take immediate action.
