		<description>I was not aware that less than 400 milligrams daily of magnesium could lead to allergies (and other conditions discussed).  As an allergy sufferer, I am going to assess my intake of magnesium.  I want to make especially sure that if I do take a supplement I do not ingest toxic levels.</description>
