Excellent Free Resource: Free Medical Journals.com

I stumbled across a great website that catalogs free medical journals appropriately named FreeMedicalJournals.com (FMJ). A large variety of scientific healthcare journals are indexed, such as psychology, psychiatry, neurology, oncology, biology, pain, alternative medicine, and pharmacology.

FMJ also lists subscription-based journals. Why? What I never realized until I perused this site is that some paid journals actually make their articles freely available after so many months or years, and FMJ provides these dates. You can also sort journals by free access availability (i.e., immediately, after 1-6 months, after 7-12 months).
