BMED Report To Undergo A Major Redesign In The Coming Days

Under ConstructionBMED Report will soon go “under construction!” Our last major design update occurred about 1.5 years ago. These previous changes served us well as evidenced by huge increases in readership. However, it is time for a fresh new look. Over the next few days, readers can expect to see a completely (and we mean completely!) revamped look for The Behavioral Medicine Report. The primary goal is to streamline the look of the website and to make navigation more intuitive and easier to use. The website will also move from a 3-column to 2-column layout in an effort to reduce clutter and distractions from the primary content.

Of course, The Behavioral Medicine Report is a live and active website. We basically have two ways to go about this major overhaul: (1) shut the website down for a day or two or (2) implement changes while the website is live. I have decided to live life on the edge and go with option 2. Readers should expect some occasional layout issues or design irregularities until all modifications are ironed out. We truly hope that these changes do not completely interfere with readers’ access to articles (crossing fingers and toes).

All of us at BMED Report hope you enjoy the new look! Feedback is greatly appreciated, particularly if you experience difficulties with the new website.

Enjoy.
